1. Conceptual Meeting ...

2. Proposal
Now that we understand your requirements, we can tailor a proposal that meets with your schedule and budgetary objectives. We give you a number of options based on your development strategy. We offer either a fixed price contract or we can undertake the project on a percentage cost basis or Joint venture.
3. Sign Contract documents
Once the contractual obligation are complete we can begin, a contract that reflects the your needs is drawn up and signed, the next stage is to prepare preliminary requirements, this includes surveyor architect and engineering obligations and any other required consulting work.
4. Commence Construction
At this point the construction phase begins. There is constant communication from the us the builder to you the client to ensure that you are informed and updated through a series of progressive reports and direct and frequent contact. We pride ourselves on delivering a superior product that promises success with your targeted buyers if you planning to on sell your property.
5. Final Inspection & Handover
Before we hand over the keys together we conduct a detailed inspection to ensure that your dream project is exactly as you imagined it. We finalize all regulatory requirements and the complex is now yours. |
